2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within 2-5 business days within Kathmandu Valley and 3-7 business days for other regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. Products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nature's Mud and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nature's Mud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
